Welcome to Lenos Media! We are thrilled to offer our professional photography and videography services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Service Agreement 1.1. The client agrees to engage Lenos Media for the provision of photography and videography services as specified in the agreed-upon package or contract. 1.2. Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services must be agreed upon by both parties. 

2. Bookings and Reservations 2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon a week in advance when possible.

3. Payment 3.1. The client agrees to pay the total agreed-upon fee for the services provided by Lenos Media. 3.2. Payment terms will be detailed in writing before the day of the event. Payment is typically due in full before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellation and Postponement 4.1. If the client needs to cancel or postpone a scheduled event, they must notify Lenos Media in writing as soon as possible. 4.2. If Lenos Media is unable to fulfil the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not available, all deposits and fees will be fully refunded. 

5. Image and Video Usage 5.1. Lenos Media retains full copyright and ownership of all images and videos taken during the event or session. 5.2. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and videos for personal and commercial use. 5.3 Lenos Media reserves the right to use any photos or videos for their own marketing purposes including sharing on social media and their website unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

6. Client Cooperation 6.1. The client agrees to cooperate with Lenos Media and provide necessary information to ensure the successful provision of services. 6.2. Lenos Media is not liable for the quality of images or videos compromised due to the client’s failure to cooperate or provide essential information. 

7. Image and Video Editing 7.1. Lenos Media will edit and retouch images and videos to its professional standards. 7.2. Requests for additional edits or alterations beyond the standard editing may be subject to additional fees. 

8. Liability and Indemnity 8.1. Lenos Media will take reasonable care to deliver high-quality services, but is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. 8.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lenos Media harmless from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the client’s use of the images and videos. 

9. Confidentiality 9.1. Lenos Media will treat all client information as confidential and will not share or disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. 10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
